Rita Das is the driving force behind Village Lift, inspired by the enduring values and legacy of her late father. With a deep passion for community service, she has devoted herself to transforming rural lives through education, financial support, vocational training, and motivational guidance.

Her initiatives focus especially on empowering women and youth, helping them gain confidence, independence, and sustainable opportunities. Through her leadership, Village Lift has become a platform of hope and positive change, touching countless lives across communities.

Rita’s vision is to expand Village Lift globally and continue building a future where empowerment, self-reliance, and opportunity reach every village.

Sunil Pillai

Sunil Pillai, a respected tourism professional and co-founder of SPHolidays Pvt. Ltd., built his career creating memorable travel experiences for clients across India. His journey took a meaningful turn after meeting Rita Das, whose dedication to social service and community upliftment deeply inspired him.

Moved by her vision and commitment to helping underprivileged communities, Sunil joined Village Lift to contribute beyond his professional world. Today, he leads the India Division, focusing on expanding the initiative’s reach and creating impactful opportunities for rural communities.

His leadership reflects a strong belief that real success comes from empowering others and creating lasting social change.

Pradeep Kala

Pradeep Kala, co-founder of SPHolidays Pvt. Ltd. and longtime business partner of Sunil Pillai, became part of Village Lift after being inspired by its mission and community impact.

Bringing his expertise in digital technology and online outreach, Pradeep plays a vital role in strengthening Village Lift’s digital presence. From social media campaigns to awareness initiatives, his work helps connect the organization’s mission with a wider audience and amplify its impact.
